Mr Preddy and I had a consultation where he really impressed me so I hired him to handle my case. We spoke again about how to proceed and he said he would write a demand letter to initiate the process, a basic commonplace task for a lawyer in this field. For over a month after we spoke there was ...no letter, and my emails and phone calls were ignored. Zero communication from Mr Preddy or his office, after multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails. In the end this was as if I did nothing for a month and a half, on an issue that is time sensitive. I wish he had at least told me he did not want to work on the case, there are many lawyers in the Bay Area.
