Biography
Ron Mullin is a Concord attorney and mediator with 35 years’ experience. He served on the Concord City Council and as Mayor.
His practice focuses on representation of small businesses, family estate and care planning - creating wills and trusts, elder law matters such as Medi-Cal long term care and administration of probates and trusts.
He is recognized as an excellent mediator, handling the difficult business and estate administration cases. He is on the mediation panels for Alameda and Contra Costa Counties as well as the Third District Courts of Appeal.
He also represents clients in conservatorships, and litigates will and trust disputes, elder abuse and business cases.
He served on the board of directors and as President of Hospice of the East Bay and on the board of directors and as President of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
He has been a member of Concord Rotary since 1981 and is that Club’s Past President for 2000 – 2001.
He served on the board of directors of John Muir Health, a two hospital health care system in Contra Costa County, recognized as one of the best in California. He chaired the Quality and Patient Safety Committees.
He is an accomplished photographer and loves the outdoors. He and his wife Cathie, live in Concord, California and have two sons – one a firefighter-paramedic and the other, a deputy sheriff.
