Skilled, thoughtful and responsive labor lawyer

Maggie helped me negotiate a tricky transition package with my employer — a major media company with a global reach — that worked for me and that was satisfactory to my employer. Couldn’t have done it without her! Highly recommend hiring Maggie if you’re looking for employment law help in California.

Very insightful

Maggie was great! It was easy to set up time with her for a consultation and offered to help me by looking over an email that I wrote to my employer. While on the phone with Maggie she took the time to speak with me and I didn’t feel rushed, she answered all my concerns in detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone with employment issues.

I highly recommend Maggie. Working with Maggie was fantastic, throughout every step of the process. Maggie always showed that she was devoted to my cause and helping me achieve a favorable outcome, and she always went above and beyond to support me. I felt very confident in her expertise and her in-depth legal knowledge. She was also immediately responsive, had a sincere and empathetic personal approach, and patient with understanding all the details of my situation and answering all my questions. If I never need an employment lawyer again in the future, I will definitely use Maggie.

Caring and Attentive

Maggie was a huge source of support through a difficult job situation where I was looking to leave my position amicably but also receive the unpaid money I was entitled to. Internet searches on my own left much to be desired and I was mostly unaware of what my actual rights are until I met and hired her. She was my voice and fought admirably on my behalf, and as a result, I walked away with a very fair settlement and left the job behind me content and satisfied. I've already recommended Maggie to several acquaintances in Northern California needing legal support at their place of work, and it is my great pleasure to recommend her to anyone who comes across my review.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous

Excellent guidance

Maggie supported me through a difficult job transition. She explained my options clearly, the pros and cons of different choices, and ultimately helped me receive a separation result that I felt was fair. I'm thankful to have avoided further dispute while also being able to protect my interests.
