Best money spent!

I had Maggie review my severance agreement and she helped me negotiate $10k over what was offered. She’s direct, kind, quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Exceptional Employment Lawyer Who Ensured a Smooth and Fair Separation Agreement

I recently had the privilege of working with Maggie to negotiate a mutual separation agreement with my employer, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her outstanding expertise and dedication throughout the process. From the very beginning, Maggie demonstrated a level of patience that immediate...ly put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly understand my situation, addressing all my concerns with empathy and attentiveness. Despite my anxiety about the entire process, she remained incredibly patient, never rushing me into any decisions and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Maggie was her transparent and fair approach to billing and fees. She provided clear explanations of the costs involved upfront, eliminating any ambiguity or surprise expenses. I genuinely appreciated her commitment to fairness and felt confident that I was getting exceptional legal representation without any financial burden. What truly sets Maggie apart is her unwavering dedication to preventing emotional decision-making. Throughout the negotiations, she consistently steered me away from making hasty choices driven by emotions. Instead, she presented me with objective insights and provided a well-informed perspective, which proved invaluable in making the right choices for my future. Maggiei’s recommendations were consistently spot on. Her profound knowledge of employment law, coupled with her extensive experience, allowed her to navigate the complexities of the situation with ease. Time and again, her guidance led to optimal outcomes, ensuring the best possible resolution for my case. Moreover, Maggie went above and beyond her role as a legal representative. She took the time to understand my personal and professional goals, ensuring that the agreement we negotiated aligned perfectly with my future aspirations. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart. Thanks to Maggie, the negotiation process was not only successful but also remarkably smooth and stress-free. She kept me informed at every stage, guiding me through the intricacies of the legal jargon, and ensuring I fully understood the implications of each decision. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Maggie to anyone seeking legal assistance in employment matters. Her patience, fairness, and exceptional recommendations have left an indelible mark on my experience. I will forever be grateful for her professionalism and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for me. Thank you, Maggie, for being a phenomenal lawyer and for making this challenging journey a positive one. I am now equipped to embrace new opportunities with confidence, and it's all thanks to you!

Very helpful negotiating a severance agreement

Maggie was incredibly helpful when I was blindsided and asked to resign with severance from the executive-level position I had held. She helped me understand what I needed to know, what mattered and what didn't, and what I could ask for and how. She reviewed the proposed severance agreement in det...ail and gave me suggestions for improvements. She also made herself available when I had follow-up questions and concerns throughout the process. I confidently recommend Maggie and will gladly hire her again if I need her expertise in the future.

Skilled, thoughtful and responsive labor lawyer

Maggie helped me negotiate a tricky transition package with my employer — a major media company with a global reach — that worked for me and that was satisfactory to my employer. Couldn’t have done it without her! Highly recommend hiring Maggie if you’re looking for employment law help in California....
