Ali R. Yousefi

Last year my sister in law was having a hard time because she was going through a divorce. We made appointments with many lawyers to help us and guide us thorough this hard journey. All the lawyers asked us that they charge $5,000 and how are you going to pay me. We were so happy that we found Mr. Al...i, out of all the lawyers he was the only one who didn't ask us how are you going to pay me back, instead he gave us a guidance to what we have to do. To be honest we felt hopeless and without a case, because of what other lawyers said. Just because they thought we couldn't pay them. That's when we found Mr. Ali on google and he has amazing reviews. We never thought that we will get an amazing relive when we were having such a hard time. He provided us with lots of information before anything. He was not worried about how are we going to pay him but he was more worried about providing us with justice. It was an honor that he guided us and took our case. He was there for us when everyone turn their back on us. He did an amazing work of giving justice to my sister in law and my nephew. We can still go on and write thousands of more good words for Mr. Ali but these words are still not enough to express my gratitude to Mr. Ali. We would also like to thank Mr. Karl who has been with me on my hard journey and attended all of my court Cases. Mr. Ali. and Mr. Karl are amazing and both of them know what they are doing. We just needed to close our eyes and trust them. They took all our burden and put it on their shoulder. Last thing but not the least thing is that we hope that no body goes thought the pain and suffering of divorce but if you go through it than just close your eyes and let Mr. Ali take care of everything.

I'm not sure where to begin with this review. I have so many emotions. I was going through a tough start in my divorce and I had no idea what I was doing until my friend stumbled upon Ali on Yelp and sent me his link. I sat with crippling anxiety reading these same reviews from people like me who nee...ded help. I felt lost and alone and really just at the bottom of the barrel in everything and Ali made my tiring divorce process so easy and smooth. He is very attentive and generous and doesn't make you feel like just another number. I had no idea what getting divorced entailed and he was really good at explaining everything to me without making me feel stupid. He was understanding and compassionate and even though I do not know him outside of my case, I felt like I could talk to him like a friend. If you are looking for someone to stand by you and help you without adding any more needed stress to your situation, please choose to use Ali. After everything had been taken care of and the last of my paperwork had been signed, I almost felt emotional about "saying goodbye", like I needed to give him a hug for all the help that he gave me. I hope that this review can help someone who is going through the same thing I was going through and help them make the decision to go with Ali as their attorney.

I have been around lawyers most of my life but this was my first experience personally needing a lawyer for a Civil Dispute. I had a matter that I wanted to deal with as quickly as possible but I was also unable to take time off in the middle of the day to go to any of the other offices I contacted v...ia random google searches. Through a bar association referral service I was entitled to 3 consultations. My first and only was with Ali Yousefi. He reached out to me in lightening speed and let me use my full 30 minutes as I vented and panicked and picked his brain about options. His rates were perfectly with in the range the other firms had quoted and he was able to conduct the case via text, email, and phone due to my work situation. Mr. Yousefi responded to all my emails and phone calls in more than a timely fashion. I would say he was readily available even on weekends and always quick to respond. More than anything else he was a great comfort and calming voice in a very tumultuous time. He was always very sensible and ready to collaboratively talk through some of the very weird and unusual aspects of my case. I never felt like my case was unimportant even though it was probably fairly minor as these things go. The potential for my case to have stretched out for 3 or more months was a very real possibility and I never could have done it with a lawyer that I didn't believe in, trust and have a rapport with. I truly can say that he made this really bizarre and awful situation better by being in my corner. I would hope to never need his services again but if I do I will be 100%m confident in his services.

Haitham and his co-counsel Ali were professional and personable. After coming out as Trans my Ex filed a unmerited restraining order against me and my kids in an attempt to gain favor in the ongoing custody battle for my children. He was careful not to misgender me and was very respectful. He guid...ed me through the entire process from supervision, mediations, and the court proceedings. He worked diligently to get me the most favorable outcome without costing me a fortune by getting opposing counsel to settle out of court. A++
