Overall, Stacy was very responsive and very diligent. I appreciated her promptness and willingness to support me with my case in a timely manner.

I was skeptical about a contingency lawyer; and how i might I be represented. I knew I had been taken advantage of by my last employer. (no overtime pay/no meal breaks for 4 years) I really didn't know what to do or who to talk to about it. I had consultations with 2 other lawyers that told me I didn't have a strong case. I decided to talk to one more law firm. Stacy North of (Pierce & Shier Law Firm). Stacy told me that she was confident in representing my employment/labor case. Stacy was very responsive to my questions concerning my case. Stacy is very knowledgeable in all labor laws concerning; overtime wages /meal breaks/discrimination in work place and wrongful termination. After a year of court hearings, lawyers, and attorneys, Stacy won my employment/labor case. Thanks to Stacy North of Pierce & Shier LLC Law Firm I have collected over $40,000 dollars from previous employer for lost overtime and meal break wages .The good thing was I paid no money out of my pocket for representation. Stacy North has renewed my faith in the judicial system.

Stacy helped me with a workplace problem in 2011. I wasn't sure what to expect when I met with her for the first time, but she was great to work with and got me get a generous settlement with my company. She gave great advice and helped me craft a very persuasive and powerful case that was summarized in a letter to my company. She's also a very tough negotiator who projects confidence and competence in her dealings with people. I got great value for my money. I have since recommended her to two other individuals who have also been very happy with her work.
