Maria Belyi

That's Maria she's an angel who was truly on my side. My case was trumped up and scared the hell out of me. I had hired some other attorney before hiring Maria Belyi and thank God I fired him . I was looking at a sentence of 7 years and the best he said he could get me was 3 1/2 years in prison and o...f course be a felon for life. When I met Maria for the first time I noticed she talked to me not at me . She didn't look down her nose at me or act like she was going to do me a favor nor did she judge me and make me feel guilty . What she did was listened and took notes and asked good questions . So right from the start I knew I was in good hands and I remember feeling lucky I was able to hire Maria . (What I write about Maria Belyi is the honest to God truth .) She traveled to San Jose to every court date (except one when her Grandfather was very ill ) and she never complained about anything, she was always positive and concerned how I was . When in court I noticed Maria knew what she was doing , you may laugh and say well I hope so but what I noticed in court was some attorneys don't do there homework and come unprepared. And this is a concern because it's my life that's on the line and because Maria is a professional I'm sleeping in my bed tonight at my home and this is because Maria Belyi knows her business very well . Oh almost forgot to mention..... In the end I wound up with a sentence from the Judge 11 days of work furlough . Life is good and I am free , I thank God again and again for Mari Belyi.

5.0 star rating 3/18/2017 Unfortunately when you're in need of Maria's expertise, s*%& has really hit the fan, but there isn't anyone else in the world I would turn to or have the confidence in to ensure that we would get to the absolute best resolution given the circumstances. I worked with Mari...a during a very difficult time for my family, and that is something that isn't taken lightly. Her ability to achieve results while also being incredibly empathetic, understanding, and focused are characteristics one can't find everywhere. In our situation, what was initially going to be a felony was resolved in a deferred entry of judgement and left my family member with no arrest or conviction record. This was more than we could've even hoped for. Maria was able to quickly get results with professionalism and attention to detail. She was incredibly articulate and thorough in all of her communication. My family and I never doubted just how committed she was to our case and ensuring that she get the best possible result. She was very hands on and my family and I truly can't thank her enough for all that she did.
