Donald Richard Wong Jr

Don Wong is David Ltd’s Founder and Managing Director.

Since beginning his career in the wireless industry over seventeen years ago, Don has provided management consulting services to clients including: AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, MetroPCS, Nextel Communications, SprintPCS, and US Cellular. His experience and involvement in the development of over 1,000 cell sites nationwide spans site acquisition; permitting and entitlements; training; legal work and regulatory compliance; and project and program management. Notable engagements include: overseeing a 495 site power upgrade project for SprintPCS (emergency back-up power for disaster preparedness); negotiating and drafting several hundred long-term lease agreements for Nextel Communications valued at nearly $1 million each; and managing the team that wound-up AT&T Wireless’ Project Angel in Los Angeles.

Before founding David Ltd, Don provided consulting services individually and through Intangible Assets LLC, a consulting firm he founded in 1999. Prior to consulting independently, he held several leadership positions with Whalen & Company, Inc.

Don earned a JD from the American University’s Washington College of Law and a BA from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.
