I just started searching around for a dui attorney. Just gave Mr. Brand a ring and he spent about 45 minutes chatting with me about my case. I was stopped in SF and initially it had absolutely nothing to do with drinking, but the situation escalated. I have never met an officer more dead set on be...ing a jerk. I'm not sure exactly how to proceed and what my options are, so it was good to talk to someone. I don't have much in the way of savings and depend on my car for living, so I'm in a bind. Mr. Brand what is prob a good price but out of my price range at the moment and suggested that I use a public defender if I can qualify. I may try to do that. I appreciate all the info tho'.
