Joel got my DUI case dismissed in under two months. I’m so relieved. It was a serious mistake, and I was really worried it could mess up my RN license. A nurse friend recommended Joel, said he was great. I called him on a Sunday evening and he actually spent over an hour talking to me, walking throug...h everything. He agreed to take the case. I never had to go to court—he handled all of it. The officer made a small procedural mistake, and Joel really focused on that. At the final hearing (a 1538), the judge agreed, and the case was dismissed right away. His fees were fair too. Honestly just so grateful.

I recently started working with Joel and my experience so far has been simply amazing! He's super attentive. Responds lightning fast to calls and texts, and very thorough. I'm hoping to get my case reduced as I have a job that requires me to drive. Fingers crossed. I also have an old arrest t...hat I would like sealed as it recently came up on a job interview. No charge came from it, but it still appears as an arrest on my record so it required some unnecessary explanation. I'll be using Joel to get that removed. 10/10

Joel represented me at my DMV hearing yesterday. He won. The officer was called to answer questions. Joel showed that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The DMV employee eventually conceded that the investigation and report were a mess, and they hadn't met their burden. Joel subpoen...aed all there documents and we now know how the officer will answer questions at trial. I'm feeling much better about my case.
