First offender DUI

Sam is a outstanding lawyer, I am a first time offender for DUI & I didn't know what to do or who to call. I was referred to Sam. I called his office & he called me within 5 minutes after talking to his assistant. He helped me mitigate my situation before my first court date, led me through all the s...teps, answered any questions I had & explained things for me I did not understand. He is a kind, understanding, confident, a optimistic lawyer & person. My case could of turned worse but luckily I had Sam by my side, I am thankful & blessed to have found him. Thank you Sam!!!

Grateful for Sam's services

I hired Sam for a first (and only) offense DUI. He was both knowledgeable about the process ahead, and straightforward about what to expect in terms of the likely outcome. He gave me sound advice about what actions I could take to help show the court that I was serious about learning from this experi...ence, which I took, and which I believe made a difference. He answered my questions throughout the process and balanced empathy with realism. I appreciated that, as I was ready to take responsibility for my actions and move forward from this. I am grateful for Sam's support throughout this process, and grateful to move forward with my sobriety and with a great life ahead of me.

Responsive and delivers!

I was referred to Attorney Sam Gellar to help me handle a specific challenging situation dealing with old records in SF Superior Court, and it required him to put in extra effort to track down information and ensure the process got completed. I greatly appreciated his availability, open communicatio...n and responsiveness, and tenacity to see through the work I hired him to do. Excellent attorney!

If you need your DUI expunged, you definitely need Sam! He took care of my DUI expungement super quickly and efficiently. In the first consultation, Sam provided more information than I even asked for. He is very thoughtful and truly a great professional. I did not even have to come to the office, ...my case was very well taken care of with almost no effort from my end. Once the case was resolved, Sam notified me immediately of the positive outcome. I could have not been happier with my choice and can't endorse him highly enough. Sam is truly a five-star attorney.
