Speeding violation

Sam was recommended by a friend as a go-to guy for a speeding ticket my mom got on New Years Eve speeding through 19th Avenue (and I mean really speeding). He picked up the phone right away and was able to calm her down, which is a close to impossible job in itself. Sam explained what she can expec...t and went over the steps that he will take to ensure her record won't be impacted. He talked to us about his experience as a criminal defense attorney specializing in DUI law and how that experience will play to our advantage because he is known in the court room and is comfortable being aggressive on behalf of his clients. I myself have gone to attorneys in San Francisco and San Mateo counties for prior traffic violations, paid money, but never actually had the attorney himself take the time to speak with me. And even then, after paying the fee, I had to be the one following up on the progress of my case. Its been 2 weeks and Sam has already checking in with my mom twice! We are very happy with the service and level of communication we have received thus far, and I am hoping Sam can get my moms case dismissed. I can tell Sam is a true advocate for his clients and if I ever found myself in real trouble, I would want a criminal defense attorney of Sams caliber on my side!

Misdemeamor Case

Samuel represented me in an CVC 35551(a)M Computation of Allowable Gross Weight, which is an overweight ticket for truck driver. Samuel met with me in a timely manner and was very professional. He went over my case and was thorough, kept me updated on his progress, and when my court date arrived, h...e met with the DA and got my case dismissed. I am very satisfied with Samuel's representation for me in this case and I would recommend him to other prospective clients.
