    Mr. Kitaynik did an outstanding job representing me in a recent Theft case that I faced. My case was not typical; I was falsely accused of committing a crime in a place that I have never been. His knowledge of the law, his professionalism, and his courtroom demeanor far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Kitaynik was able to gather all evidence and prove that it wasn't me which resulted in a dismissal. Any other result surely would have cost me my job and for that I am grateful. Mr. Kitaynik is an excellent attorney!

    I had a felony pending, with another charge. During the wait process before I went to court an after I went to court he was great with informing me about what was going on during an what could happen I was never out of the loop of things, he helped me get my property back that was being held for evidence. Work with the DA to make sure that I had he best options for me overall I got all charges dropped. Glad I had zack in my corner, he single handed got a felony charge dropped an my prosperity released back to me, cause he faught an believed me as his client an I thank him for that.
