Words can't express how grateful I am to Sam. I was deeply stressed in a situation that I needed to seek help from a criminal defense lawyer. This entire searching process is stressful enough already. My husband found a big firm with good reputation, which turned out being very disappointing. My case... was passed around among different lawyers who are unprofessional and hard to reach. Only two days away from my court date, we decided to take a chance to search for a new lawyer and that’s how we found Sam on yelp. I made the call without any expectation that Sam himself answered the call. That’s a big plus for me, as it saved so much time (and miscommunication) without any paralegal being the middle man. Sam listened to my long story very patiently, asked all the right questions and shared his thoughts in a way that a typical good lawyer is like - clear and concise. He was also very understanding instead of being like a robotic cold-blood type of lawyer who only talks about legal jargons and logic. Even though after the first call my guts feeling told me Sam is the right lawyer to work with, I was still debating whether to stick to the first law firm (since they already started working on our case and we’ve already paid them the entire service fee) or to change to Sam. So I told him about my dilemma. He didn’t give me any pressure but just said he’d be happy to help if I change my mind. He gave me advice regardless, and that is what I appreciate the most because I feel that shows he is a good person (beyond a good lawyer) first of all, which is more important than anything. He is not doing his job for money but for justice. I truly respect that and thus believe he’s the lawyer we can trust. So I changed mind and went with Sam - it is the best decision we’ve ever made. Sam was always responsive and on top of everything. My husband and I asked many questions during the process and he always explained to me patiently. If you are reading this review, please do not hesitate, he is the type of lawyer you need - honest, knowledgable, understanding, efficient and has your best interests at heart.

I’m not really sure where to begin, but I can easily say Sam is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. About a year ago I reached out because my family needed some help in Contra Costa county. From the get go, he was personable, reliable, transparent and honest,and always picked up his phone. The e...ntire process of working with Sam on something highly stressful was almost enjoyable. Sam is an excellent lawyer, always on point and very knowledgeable. Criminal cases are never easily on the shoulders, but Sam takes the necessary time to be available and guide you throughout the whole process. Attorney Samuel tries his best to fight for you with full passion. But in my opinion he isn't that experienced in complicated cases. I hired his service for a legal case but his advise on occasions wasn't the best and I had to rethink some of the strategies myself. He would be very responsive if you ...hire him. But there are more experienced attorneys available in the bay area. Also, he charges on hourly basis which means there is no upper limit to your legal bill.
