Sami Sedghani

Sami Sedghani is an associate in the litigation department at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on patent litigation and related intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical patent matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Sami works chiefly with prominent generic pharmaceutical companies and has represented clients covering a wide range of technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductor processing, in federal and state courts and before the International Trade Commission.

Before joining the firm, Sami was an associate at Latham and Watkins LLP. Prior to practicing as an attorney, he was a hospital pharmacist at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, where he was responsible for clinical medication management, including review and monitoring of medication regimens of patients with complex disease states.
