Michael is simply one of the best patent lawyers out there, his ethics are admirable, flair of the problem exemplary and knowledge unsurpassed. He is also, (something rare for people in his profession) a genuinely nice and understanding person. if all lawyers were like Michael, they wouldn't...
"I have known Michael for many years. Michael is always at the top of my short list when I am asked to refer a lawyer for an intellectual property matter."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. He is diligent, experienced, and has the unique skill of understanding the legal concepts in patent and other intellectual property matters, and also the scientific understanding and experience (trained chemical engineer). He communicates well with people, and exercises good judgment, thus adding to his effectiveness. I would not hesitate to use Mike for any IP matter"
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I have engaged Mike on several patent opinion matters, as have several of my colleagues. Mike's work product has consistently been first rate. Any resulting opinions have been well reasoned and documented as well as well written. I highly recommend Mike."
"Michael has extensive experience handling intellectual property legal representation to businesses and entrepreneurs in California. His knowledge and expertise is extensive, and his firm ins considered one of the best intellectual property boutique firms in the bay area. I highly recommend Michael and his firm."
