Very short of my expectations. I picked him based on the positive reviews but found him absolutely useless. He was good until he collected the retainer then he kept postponing the case for about six months because of his toe surgery. He offered no opposing legal arguments, disagreement or challeng...es to what the district attorney was saying in my misdemeanor case and at times found him to be a prosecutor than my attorney. I don't recommend him or any other former Assistant district attorneys as your lawyer because they still have a lot of prosecution habits in them. I ended up replacing him for poor unprofessional performance with another attorney and he's refusing to refund my fees for doing absolutely nothing but killing time so I can pay the 2nd attorney.
