Probate can be a complex court proceeding which in some instances can take years to complete. I strive to make that process as simple and fast as possible. In most instances I am able to complete the probate in about 8 months so that all the beneficiaries can receive the property to which they are entitled. Attorney's fees are paid from the estate when the probate is finished.

I provide clients with estate planning strategies designed to pass their property to their designated beneficiaries in the fastest and most cost effective manner. The most common vehicle to accomplish this is an estate package which includes a revocable trust, a pour over will and a quitclaim deed transferring the client's property into the trust. A revocable trust is an excellent probate avoidance device which can save thousands of dollars for the client's family.
