Mr. Ferris was a very sweet and hind hearted man, I had no idea what probate was. He had clarified everything to me. And even spent some of his own time explaining in detail the process to me. He is very patient and cares for his clients. I am so thankful that someone very close to me advised him be...cause I would surely recommend him to others.

Robert Lee Ferris did the probate on my mom's house after her passing. I found him through the San Mateo County Lawyers Referral Service. He answered all my phone calls immediately and answered all my questions. He kept me informed as to the status of the probate and explained what to expect. I a...ppreciate that because that helped me prepare to provide him with all the information and payments required of me. Considering how difficult this was, working with Mr. Ferris went very smoothly and I found him to be extremely considerate and professional.

I hired Robert Ferris to represent me in a probate case and he was the worst choice I could have ever made. He had awful communication skills, and even worse when it came to actually fighting for my case. In my opinion, he made very poor decisions regarding my case and did not represent me very well.... He never filed a rebuttal to the objection filed by the other party and did not show up to the case prepared with the facts. When I hired a different attorney, I spoke with many who could not believe how he handled the case. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
