I recently went through a difficult divorce, and I hired Irene Gold Law to help me navigate this challenging process. I had high hopes that they would provide me with the necessary support and legal expertise to make this transition as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with this law fi...rm was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, Irene and Jessica Hawley (associate) were incredibly slow to respond to my calls and emails. It felt like I was constantly chasing after them just to get a simple update on the status of my case. Whenever I tried to reach out to Jessica or Irene, I'd get a promise that they'd call me back, but it rarely happened. I'd have to follow up with them 3-4 times before they would even answer, resulting in unnecessary delays that extended the divorce process by weeks. Furthermore, Irene seemed to be on vacation more often than not. Her frequent absences further hindered progress on my case, making an already difficult situation even more frustrating. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated, anxious, and completely unsupported during an already emotionally taxing period in my life. Instead of guiding me through the legal aspects of my divorce and addressing my concerns, Irene and Jessica seemed disinterested and unwilling to invest the necessary time and effort into my case. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to my stress and anxiety, making the entire process even more overwhelming. I had hoped that hiring a legal professional would alleviate some of the burdens that come with divorce, but Irene and team did the exact opposite. Instead of making things easier, they made my life even more difficult. We had to resubmit my case 3x because the firm kept making mistakes in the submission. I couldn't trust their work, and I constantly questioned whether they knew what they were doing. I strongly advise anyone going through a divorce or any legal activities to avoid Irene Gold Law at all costs. Their slow, non-responsive, and unhelpful approach only made an already painful experience that much worse on top of the mistakes they made. I hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience and find a more reliable and compassionate law firm to guide them through and of your proceedings.

I am so grateful to have Irene Gold as my lawyer in a divorce matter. She is very professional, and easy to talk to. Irene always responds to my calls. Irene’s fees are very reasonable. I had the worst experience working with Irene through my divorce. I felt like I spent an inordinate amount of money just for her to sign and file paperwork. I never felt truly represented by her when it came to financial and custody matters. In the end, she did not fight for equal or even fair custod...y and seemed unconcerned about what I wanted to achieve. In addition, she said my child support payments would be deductible, which I just found out are not. I would expect a family lawyer to know this information prior to sharing it with their client.
