Marina Divinsky

I initially hired Ms. Divinsky (Marina) approximately six months ago without any hesitation or reservation after a thorough (free) consultation during which we discussed my situation at length. Actually, Marina provided me with excellent legal information on the phone prior to our first in-person m...eeting. I do not want to provide much personal information online; suffice it to say my legal concerns were related to issues between my ex-spouse and child support. Ms. Divinsky addressed an issue within a minute that I could not find despite a great amount of time I spent online searching unsuccessfully and informed me of a significant mistake made by the court almost two years ago and the best, most strategic way to handle things. Enough about my issue-This is a review of Marina Divinsky! I will not discuss the cost for my case but will emphatically say it was extremely reasonable (and I am NOT wealthy by any stretch of the imagination!) I hired lawyers in the past and was nickeled and dimed to death by those other shisters. One lawyer attempted to charge me $75 for an email I sent asking if there was any update on my case! (His $75 reply was, "No, not yet.") Marina is an asset to the often maligned legal professionals. Her attention to detail amazed me as if she had a photogenic memory and rapid, vivid recall. Her oratory skills are phenomenal. Marina truly had (and has) my best interests in mind in and out of court. Ms. Divinsky exemplifies the highest degree of professionalism and remained equitable and level-headed throughout every phase of this case. She reminds me of a graceful shark -- NOT looking to cause trouble or prolong a case, but IF provoked, her oratory prowess is HIGHLY proficient, professional, and accomplished with productive finesse. If you are still reading this lengthy review, I hope it is obvious that Marina earned my full respect; I recommend her without a single reservation. I just would not want to see her representing anyone's opposing counsel in a case against me! I cannot thank you enough, Marina, for your representation over the past six months. God bless.
