I contacted Siegwart German American Law via their website and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Mr. Siegwart himself shortly thereafter. During our initial conversation, he gave me a thorough review of my situation and proposed a strategy with the greatest chance for the desired outco...me. I found his fee arrangements to be fair and reasonable and decided to engage him. With his help and that of his legal assistant, Ms. Budimir, the matter was brought to a successful conclusion. All filings with the German authorities were impeccably prepared and any follow-up calls/emails to the law office were always handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Siegwart Law and would certainly use their services again.

Beibehaltungsgenehmigung. That's the word that kept popping into my head. Should I have applied for one of those a long time ago? Is it too late? That nagging feeling kept coming up. For People who had an accident in the us, I can highly recommend Mr. Siegwart! After a car accident on a trip in the USA, and coming back to my home country in Germany, me and my wife suffered several injuries. Mr. Siegwart is German and American lawyer. He could easily communicate with our insurance companies and know all problems in solving our case in Germany and in the USA. (after Mr. Siegwart took the case 3 insurance companies in USA (found by Mr. Siegwart) and 3 in Germany [not so easy and not recommended to solve this case without a specialist in law]) Mr Siegwart was very supportive in a very professional way. I and my wife always knew where our case is going. In the end: it was very stressful before I got Mr. Siegwart, you can’t do anything from Germany (get police report, first shock about 10.000 $ bill from hospital, don’t know American law only German law etc.). After Mr. Siegwart represented us we needed only needed to give him all information (contracts, bills) and he took care about it.
