Holger Siegwart

I wish to thank Holger Siegwart with a difficult inheritance situation that we, as a family, were unable to resolve without his and his colleagues help. The untimely and tragic loss of our mother, Ute Staup, who wished to leave us her house in Bad Karlshafen to always cherish her memory and the wa...rm memories of our late grandparents, Walter and Helene Sippel. Mr. Sigwart approached our case with personal intrest, care and a genuine goal to help. He remained in contestant communication, was expertly organized and took on challenging moments with a sense of confidence and calm that resulted in the transfer of the property to us, the family, to keep as a treasure for years to come. I urge anyone with legal challenges such as ours to seek out Mr. Siegwart to deliver a complete result. My respect for Mr. Siegwart has no words to describe.

I am a dual U.S. / E.U. (Germany) citizen and I am about to travel to Germany in a few days. A relative of mine in Germany threatened to file an inheritance claim against me and seize/freeze my financial assets the moment I set foot in Germany. I wasn’t sure if this legal threat would be carried out ...but I wanted to have a clear understanding of German law before my trip so that I could travel with peace of mind. Not only was Mr. Siegwart able to answer my concerns and questions in a way that I could easily understand his legal explanation, he able to put my fears to rest and I can now travel with peace of mind and enjoy my vacation (and hopefully resolve some on-going family drama). I contacted Mr. Siegwart in regards to a "simple" inheritance house sale from Germany. After contacting the opposing law firm we discovered that this was being disputed by a third party and involved two other law firms. When we finally connected via phone he asked a few additional questions. He immediately provided me with information and the text to include in a letter ...to request the Pflichtteil in an inheritance matter. He was very courteous. I had contact a different German/American attorney more local to my area but never received a response. If the need arises for my to hire a German/American attorney he will be at the top of my list.
