The highest integrity of any lawyer you will ever encounter
Mr. Scopp just settled my personal injury case from an accident in June 2016, so I've worked with him closely over the last six months. He is a great communicator, and a sympathetic listener. After I was hit by a lady running a red light, she denied everything. Mr. Scopp used his personal investigative expertise to record a number of witnesses and get a judgment in our favor. He then deftly negotiated with the insurance company on medical and other expenses. While the outcome was good, most importantly, Mr. Scopp's bedside manner is in the top 1% of people/practitioners I've ever met or worked with. He will work tirelessly for you and maintain chief umong his values the utmost honesty, integrity, and sense of justice. There are very few people out there like Mr. Scopp. If you are lucky enough to work with him, I promise that you will have a positive experience and he will do everything in his power to assist you. Mr. Scopp is a fair lawyer, an expert negotiator, and a good person.

Someone you can trust!
It was by mistake that my appeal landed in the hands of Mr. David Scopp, but in this case it was a mistake that I am thankful for. I can only assume that he has many cases to work on but I could not tell because he treated me as if my case was his top priority. I was impressed with the points he made in the appeal and more so, the time and research he put in to find out the details of Proposition 64, when it recently passed in CA. Mr. Scopp recommended a plan of action that is currently being executed and is going well thus far. He has been patient with my wife and I being careful to answer our questions thoroughly and accurately. The outcome of this matter will affect my livelihood tremendously and I can tell Mr. Scopp understands that and cares. He is definitely an attorney I would recommend.

Highly recommended!!!
I want to start off by saying never once was there a moment where I second guessed my decision to hire David. He is a true and genuine lawyer who puts his client's best interest first and foremost. During such a difficult and traumatic time in my life my mind was put at ease knowing all of my legal work was being expertly handled, and if ever I had a question regarding the process it was promptly answered. My case has since been concluded and I could not be happier with the outcome! I am so thankful for all of the time and effort put forth by David on my case, to achieve a positive ending to an unforeseen negative event in my life.
