The best attorney for estate planning and administration

Ms. Ascher is by far the best attorney I have ever encountered, (and in my work I have met and dealt with many attorneys.) She represented our family in a challenging probate. After literally weeks of of searching for an attorney I choose Ms. Ascher partly because one of her successful probate c...ases was selected by the Board of Equalization as a model. Although her office was in a different county than our case, without a doubt, it was well worth the extra time and effort to seek her out and we were fortunate that she took our case. I was very impressed with her thoroughness, attention to detail and of course her knowledge of and enthusiasm for the law. Ms. Ascher did her research and was exceptionally well prepared and our case prevailed when other attorneys had told me it could not be done. Her expertise and commitment to her client's best interests closed our probate on terms extremely beneficial for our family, saving us many, many thousands of dollars. I cannot emphasis enough how extremely happy and grateful I am to have had found such an intelligent, trustworthy and dedicated Advocate for estate planning and administration.
