Biography
I'm a native of the Central Valley and have lived here my entire life, apart from attending college in San Diego. Both of my parents practiced law. My father was a judge, and my mother was a Chief District Attorney. So it seemed a natural thing to do, having grown up around courtrooms and legal discussions. I started my career with Barker & Associates, a private firm that served as the alternate public defenders office in Fresno, California. Subsequently, I went to work to the Law Offices of Nicholas F. Reyes where we handled Federal and State matters as well as personal injury cases.
Since 2007 I have maintained my own private practice in the area of Criminal, DUI and Personal Injury. I have regularly taken cases to trial and have performed over 20 + jury trials and many court trials. I have repesented many clients on charges of murder as well as serious offenses, such as robbery, sex charges and drug trafficking. My goal is to provide the best representation for all of my clients and work as team to make sure every possible defense and avenue for success is pursued.

Dont use him!
He says he will do everything for you but once he gets your money everything stops. His original associate was actually good and knew my case. He quit and nobody really took over my case and I was passed to another lawyer who knows absolutely nothing about nothing (especially the law). I had to exp...

Replied last July 30, 2013Unfortunately, this client had a bad experience with one of my associate attorneys. This associate is no longer with my office. However, in the time that he was in my office I received tons of positive feedback from other clients on how he was performing on their cases. We worked in tandem so that a client, in effect, had two attorneys working on their case. I hired an associate so that we could do an even better job on the cases we had at that time. As for the comments he stated were made in court about me, I sincerely doubt any were made since he could not provide an example of anything that was said. In addition, the judge we were in front of that day does not behave that way in court. However, I strive to provide the best representation and customer service on each and every case; so I am extending an apology to this client since he feels we did not provide that in his case.
