The Best Family Attorney in town!

Dede is genuinely an amazing person as well as attorney. She has an awesome personality and truly makes you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always quick on her toes. She always knew the right things to say and is phenomenal in court. We couldn't have had a better attorney defending us. She was able to do more for us than we had hoped for when starting the journey. She has also worked with us in all ways possible. We are very thankful that she found us, and was willing to help us. By far the most helpful attorney out there

Dede was fantastic at guiding me through my custody and child support modification. She is knowledgeable and professional. She was affordable and compassionate. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you Dede!

Excellant Professional Service

Dede J Agrava was an excellant attorney during my financial struggle with filing bankruptcy. She gave me a lot of information and was very patient in waiting for me to get all the required paperwork to her. She was always very professional and gave me confidence during the bankruptcy process. She eased my fears emensly. I would recommend her to everyone needing a bankruptcy attorney.

I wouldn't have chosen anyone else

Going to Dede was hands-down the best choice I've ever made. She was very professional yet kind and caring at the same time. There were a couple hiccups during my processing, but she made sure to handle them immediately and kept me informed the entire time. Also, she made me feel like I was her only client...I wasn't just a number to her. Highly recommended!

tenant landlord issues

Gave excellent legal advice. And provided referrals to any attorney in Workmans compensation Law. Took her time with consultation and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend her for Bankruptcy and tenant rights representation.

I would strongly recommend Dede Agrava

Reasonable fee, organized, punctual, up front and very patient.

I finally faced the fact that I should hire an attorney, but I dreaded the search for one I would like and one that would not make me feel like a schmuck for having a financial meltdown. Dede Agrava turned out to be the attorney I needed. She agreed to take my case. She is so organized, answers e-mails, phone calls, and does what she says she is going to do! She fully prepared me for the legal process of chapter 7 and was with me every step of the way. I highly recommend her.

An answer to my Prayers

Divorce and lost wages left me with a large debt. Unable to afford food and staples for family while trying to pay minimum amounts on debt. Relied on family and church to make it to work and eat. With Dede Agrava's help I could see a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Such a weight was lifted off me and I could breath again. Great Lawyer, in court she was right there with me and answered any and all questions I had. Other lawyers in the room were seated away from their clients or late in showing up. I would recommend Dede Agrava to anyone in my position.
