Gregory Warren Fox

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mr. Gregg Fox. While every case is different, for varying reasons, I felt more than adequately represented, as he often went above and beyond for the unique nature of the case at hand. He was incredibly responsive, kept expectations realistic while communicati...ng very clearly throughout the process. He took adequate and reasonable time and resources to properly and critically evaluate the case. What this looked like from my perspective, and for my specific case, is that the case was ultimately dismissed, and my appearances were waived at every stage, which significantly helped reduce the stress and burden that can come with dealing with this process, especially when juggling work and college. While I can say I hope to never need his services again in this context, I would highly recommend his office to friends, family, and anyone else who is nervous about being represented and needs someone with a great deal of experience to speak on their behalf. The legal process is stressful enough as it is, and his professionalism, clearness in expectations, and up-front cost structure made it much easier to plan around and handle this. In 2016 I got into a DUI crash causing Great bodily injury. After dealing with a public defender, and speaking with a few reputable lawyers, you know the guys you see on TV, who told me that things didn’t look good and that I most likely going to serve 8 to 10 in prison. I felt hopeless until I sat d...own and spoke with Gregory. Right away I felt better, because he was straight up with me. He told me that every case was different and that he would do his best to keep me from going to prison, that I might have some jail time. I believed him and sure glad I did. He advised me immediately to do a few things that would help my situation, so I did. Gregory and his team went above and beyond my expectations, looking into the laws, questioning sentencing guidelines, researching similar cases, he was even prepared to take my case to the 9th circuit court of appeals if necessary. I am very impressed with Gregory, he informed us of what to expect at every appearance and there was never any surprises. Two years later, Gregory was able to work things out with the Victims, and Court, so that I didn’t spend another night in jail or prison. I did get 5 years of probation and have to pay restitution but I was able to be home and live life with my wife and kids. In my opinion my decision to hire Gregory, was best for my family and I. He is an expert in his field, absolutely cared about the outcome of my case and did exactly what he said he would. Thank you Gregory.

I have chosen Mr. Fox to represent me on several occasions. Mr. Fox is exceptionally smart, kind, and competent. Mr. Fox took the time to sit down with me and fully understand my cases. I was in serious trouble, and his compassion and expertise put me at ease. On January 23, 2021 my whole world came crushing down. My son had been in a horrific car accident along with a friend of his. My son now was facing 4 felony charges for DUI and bodily injury. This was the first time that he had ever been in any kind of trouble and we did not understand what he was up... against. We were given Mr. Fox's information and we were told that he was the absolute best to defend my son from all these charges . On Monday Jan. 25th, while my son and his friend were still in the hospital I got in contact with Mr. Fox and from the moment I sat and talked with him I knew that he would be the best person to defend my son and to make sure we understood what my son was facing. During this whole process he always kept us updated and was always available for calls and to answer all of our questions. Mr. Fox was able to get my sons case down to 1 felony charge and absolutely NO jail time with a 3 year probation sentence. Both my son and his friend recovered 100% and are very doing well.
