Mary M. Moshrefi

Mary Moshrefi is a very efficient lawyer. Her work ethics cannot be questioned. She works and pushes to get what needs to be done! Had a not so nice issue with custody fraud, with the mother. We were granted what we wanted due to her pushing and making sure it all got out there. Am very greatful to... have found her. Worth her weight in gold!

Originally, I hired a newer, less experienced, but popular divorce attorney out of Fresno and was met with very poor results. Within a short time I realized that I had made a very big mistake in the first choice of my divorce attorney to represent me in my divorce. Due to the wrong choice in attorney... selection initially, I soon realized that I was into my divorce for a lot more money than needed and I was not being represented to the degree that I expected and required. Being in the law/legal industry I started to do more research on Fresno attorneys and I was referred to Mary Moshrefi of the Moshrefi Law Offices. I knew the minute I walked through the front door of the Moshrefi Law Office that something was different. It was completely obvious that these people were professional, motivated and proud of what they do. After my first free consultation with Mary Moshrefi I was completely impressed and excited to fire my first and current attorney and retain Ms. Moshrefi to complete my contested divorce and alimony proceedings. Hiring Mary Moshrefi was the best thing that I could have done in my divorce process. She completely reorganized the complete pile of mess of documents left by my original attorney. She then started to clean up my expenses and clarify my previous expenses and what was needed from that point on. There was never any doubt of where the case stood and what was going on once Mary took over my case. She was diligent and always available when needed even to answer the most trivial questions that most of us have through a divorce proceeding. With my initial attorney I was at a complete loss of what was going on and felt like I was just going to lose everything down to the clothes off of my back. After bringing Mary on board everything turned around, I actually felt like I had a voice again. I am no stranger to the court room due to my profession and it was obvious that Mary is definitely very well respected among her peers and the judicial staff when she enters the court room. It was night and day comparing the command presence and professionalism of Mary in the court room handling my case as opposed to the rookie style of my original attorney. Ultimately, Mary was able to settle my case out of court within a few months of her taking over and she was able to end a 2 year alimony dispute within months of taking over my case. I am completely content and impressed with the manner that Mary represented me. I would refer her to anybody looking for a vested, professional, and dedicated family law lawyer. I cannot speak enough about the professionalism of her office staff as well. They were beyond reproach and just as professional and helpful. I have found a lifelong family lawyer for our family and businesses in Mary Moshrefi and the Moshrefi Law Office!!!

I'm sorry, but I have to share this, bcuz this is what I needed to hear when I was in despare and had lost all hope in my specific nightmare of being wrongfully accused and bullied by a prof liar. Ms Moshrefi has exceeded my hopes and expectations in my family law and separate criminal cases fa...r beyond I could ever hope for. I was wronged and accused of so many things by a person who was guilty of the very things he accused me of, and bcuz he was very experienced in how the system works, he pulled every move he could using the law to destroy me as a person, a mother and anything else he could possibly take away from me. He legally tortured and bullied me to the point that at one time he went thru so many court channels, I had about 4 court dates for so many different things I had to defend myself for, all in one week! This went on for a very long time, I just didn't have the means nor did I feel it even mattered anymore bcuz he was such an amazing liar in court, his story was bought hook line a sinker. My fear of the courtroom and stage fright paired with my mind always blanking from fear didn't help. Finally thru a friend, I was referred to Ms. Moshrefi...thank God for Mary Moshrefi. She was able to take all my cases and on the same day I went to her office tif ill out paperwork, I was able to speak to her about everything. She let me speak, or rather vent, everything I had been thru. She listened and didn't say a whole lot at first, then she told me that it was clear this person really knows how to use the law to bully and defeat someone. She then said she would be in touch and asked me to get her any court docs from prev hearings and anything that could help me. She literally took care of the rest. When court dates came around she fought for me, when this person and his bully of a lawyer tried to pull over fast ones on us, she caught it right away. The other lawyer had argued and argued to obviously try to just make us give in to her demands, Mary never stopped, she never backed down and she was amazing! I could tell the other lawyer knew she couldn't break this one. She got almost everything undone (I say almost bcuz we are still in process) long story short, I can't say this enough, she honestly has changed my life and it is still changing. I can sleep at night again. I've heard great things about her from ppl I know and she has lived up to her reputation by far! Would recommend her to family or friends or anyone who has been bullied by another and wrongfully accused in such a vicious way.

I was referred to Mary by another firm. I certainly reviewed the comments on this site. They are all impressive and easy to think maybe too much so. I quickly also became a believer and another voice echoing the many positives comments here. Mary, Cyndi and the rest of her staff have performed well ...beyond my expectations. Mary is a fighter. She has such passion and professionalism that you will be quickly impressed as I was. She is my attorney and she is my counselor In providing suggestions to improve my relationship with my daughter . It is difficult to express the difference she has made for me. It is easy to talk about passion for what you do, the real test is showing it in the quality of your work. Mary and her staff walk that talk. Color me extremely pleased.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Mary Moshrefi. She represented me passionately and aggressively, and her staff is second to none. Being a father, at times I felt lost with uncertainty, but after talking to Mary, she gave me the strength to fight for my son. And it was the best d...ecision I ever made. I will forever be thankful to her.
