Mr. Arisian’s practice is concentrated but not limited to Criminal Defense, Personal Injury as well as Lemon Law cases in the State of California. Although, the main office is located in Fresno, California, Mr. Arisian’s practice is not limited to the Central Valley and can extend to all Counties of the State of California.
Prior to becoming a member of the California State Bar, Mr. Arisian earned a High School Degree from Bullard High School, an Associate in Arts Degree from Fresno City College, a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Fresno, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from San Joaquin College of Law.
While attending to San Joaquin College of Law, Mr. Arisian worked for Mr. Salvatore Sciandra who practiced Criminal Defense in Fresno, California. Mr. Arisian also volunteered with the Fresno County Family Facilitator’s Office for the purposes of diversifying his experience in those types of cases. Since graduating from San Joaquin College of Law, Mr. Arisian was employed by Yohman, Parker, Kern & Nard under the direct supervision of Mr. Richard Kern where he gained valuable experience in Worker’s Compensation Defense cases and more specifically in Subrogation matters. After graduating from San Joaquin College of Law, Mr. Arisian was employed by Real Lawyers At Affordable PricesTM under the direct supervision of Mr. Eric H. Schweitzer and under the general supervision of Mr. Richard P. Berman. At Real Lawyers At Affordable PricesTM, Mr. Arisian gained substantial experience in various types of Administrative Matters, including Administrative Writs and Appeals, in various stages of Criminal Defense cases including Writs and Appeals both in State and Federal Courts. During his employment at Real Lawyers At Affordable PricesTM, Mr. Arisian represented clients in DUI matters before the Department of Motor Vehicles and defended his clients in countless Administrative Per Se hearings.
Since 2011, Mr. Arisian has been employed by Schweitzer & Davidian, P.C., under the direct supervision of attorneys Eric H. Schweitzer and Annie L. Davidian where he continued to gain additional experience in Administrative and Criminal Defense matters. Currently, Mr. Arisian serves as an ‘Of Counsel’ at Schweitzer & Davidian, P.C., while dedicating more time to his practice. Mr. Arisian is also a member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, an organization that is very active in Legislative Advocacy.
