Biography
Ms. Moshrefi was awarded the "Super Lawyer Rising Star" recognition. She is one of only a few family law attorneys with this honor in Fresno County. She has represented thousands of clients in Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings counties. Her goal is to seek justice for her clients by building a professional relationship based upon trust and understanding of her client's needs.
Ms. Moshrefi vigorously represents her clients in the areas of Family Law. With her vast legal experience, including as a litigator with nearly 50 trials under her belt, she is also distinctly qualified as a Mediator to facilitate effective durable resolutions in your disputes.
During her career, Ms. Moshrefi has represented clients and Mediated cases in various capacities, including in Dissolution of Marriages (separations and divorces) involving small properties up to multi-million dollar estates; child custody, visitation, and child and spousal support cases; juveniles and adults in cases involving small traffic infractions to misdemeanors and felony crimes involving multiple strikes.
As a current and/or former member of the Fresno County Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Chair to the FCBA Family Law Division, the CPDA, and various other organizations, Ms. Moshrefi with a reputation as a tough, yet reasonable attorney and Mediator will always act with your rights and interests in mind as well as respect and integrity.
