Biography
After seeing firsthand the stress and emotional pain inflicted on my clients and their families involved in traditional court-based litigation, I decided to practice law in a more transparent, supportive, and empowering way.
Too often, the traditional court-based process of resolving a family law matter such as a divorce makes a difficult situation worse. It heightens conflict. It takes away your power to make decisions. - Couples intending to marry or live together who want to create a prenuptial or cohabitation agreement;
- Consulting and coaching services for individuals who are in mediation with other mediators.
