Biography
As a practicing real estate attorney for over seven years, I have handled a variety of legal matters including failures to disclose, partitions, quiet title actions, property line disputes, easement disputes, breach of sale contracts, commission and procuring cause disputes, and various landlord tenant disputes.
With the passing of Tenant Protection Act (AB 1482), the need for experienced litigation attorneys to eceonomicaly handle increasingly complex landlord tenant disputes has grown dramatically. I have represented numerous clients, both landlord and tenant, in eviction proceedings (unlawful detainers), habitability complaints, unlawful evictions (forcible detainers), security deposit disputes, and violations of the Tenant Protection Act.
