Biography
Niklas K. Hugosson is an attorney focusing on representing landlords of rental properties. Mr. Hugosson was born and raised in the Central Valley. He is graduate of California State University Fresno (2008, B.S. Business Administration,) and San Joaquin College of Law (2017, J.D.) Mr. Hugosson acquired an interest in real estate at the early age of 19 by obtaining his Real Estate Salesperson License and later obtaining his Real Estate Broker's License in 2011.
After working at several brokerages, Mr. Hugosson decided it was time to launch his own full service real estate brokerage. Paramount Properties was formed in late 2011 and is still operating today. Paramount Properties focuses on property management and sales of commercial, agricultural, and residential properties.
At an early stage of his management business, Mr. Hugosson discovered the need for landlords seeking legal advice with problem tenants. Mr. Hugosson has first had experience taking over properties where the landlord incurred unnecessary expense by not understanding their legal remedies.
As a rental property owner who has gone through the eviction process with his own properties, Mr. Hugosson understands the hardships owners face during the eviction process. It is our main objective to get landlords their property back as soon as possible!

Best eviction lawyer in town
