Outstanding Attorney

I could not be more pleased with Amy’s representation in my Divorce. She and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I was in need of a non-biased attorney outside of Tulare County who was willing to represent me against an influential family. Amy exceeded my expectations.

Caring, knowledgeable, tough

Amy is incredibly caring. She understands the law and the systems involved in the processes. She understands the importance of your issue and how she can help you. She has an excellent memory, which is highly critical. I never had to repeat facts. She knew my case and situations and always could reca...ll the facts as if they were her own. Amy would dig and dig for case law and precedent when needed, which was so important in some of our situations. She always makes time for me no matter how minor the issue. Amy is a great partner when I need her to be, but she can also take the lead when I couldn’t be more involved. her staff is also intelligent, kind, and helpful. I now consider Amy a friend.

Amy Lovegren-Tipton is awesome.

My divorce was final in August 2016, after 2 years of lackluster and substandard representation by another attorney whose name I won't mention. I spent most of my time during my divorce waiting for answers, responses to offers, and what should have been client service but almost never was. I called m...y (previous) attorney countless times, emailed and sent text messages. More often than not I was angry and frustrated with the service (or lack of) that I received. I chased my previous attorney around constantly and was lied to repeatedly. Things were even worse when we went into our mandatory settlement conference when my attorney let me get beat up and battered by my wife's attorney, all while nothing was done to cover me and protect my interests. It was quite possibly one of the worst, most emotionally charged and frustrating things I have ever gone through. For the amount of money I ended up paying my previous attorney once everything was (supposedly) all said and done, I should have fired that attorney a year earlier, but I did not. Stupid me. I was scared. I wanted guidance and council. Isn't that what we SHOULD get? It's what we as clients pay the big bucks for. Fast forward to October 2016, which was 2 months AFTER my divorce was final. Many issues that SHOULD HAVE been rectified when the final judgement was prepared...we're not. In fact, there were many loose ends and a whole lot of vague "language" that didn't clearly spell out what the proper division of assets should have looked like. Basically the final decree that was stamped by the judge and filed by the court, left entirely too many things open to interpretation and caused alot of issues when it came time to "enforce" the court orders for specific assets. Clearly a problem. I sought out legal council through the Fresno bar association's attorney referral service. Enter Amy Lovegren-Tipton. She absolutely rocks! I first met for a consultation in her office. I laid out all my concerns and grievances and within 15 minutes she had answers and an ACTION PLAN. I was so impressed that I retained her on the spot. Within 3 days she had everything handled and all the necessary court forms typed up and ready to file with all the necessary entities. She got on things like a bulldog, made calls, got everything moving so fast it made my head spin. I so wish I had had Amy Lovegren-Tipton as my divorce attorney instead of the ineffective slacker I had hired originally. She kicks butt and takes names. Hire her without any reservations because she'll handle your business and take care of things in a timely manner, like a pro. Her communication and follow up is phenomenal. Thanks Amy!

Dissolution of Marriage

I hired Webb & Bordson to represent my interests in my divorce. Navigating the emotional and difficult choices of a divorce is never easy. But. . . Amy Lovegren-Tipton provided me with sound legal advice, encouragement and professionalism for which I will be forever grateful. She responded to my qu...estions quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. I can't imagine being represented by anyone else.

Employee Claims

When we realized we had a disgruntled employee our team scheduled a (free) consultation. Their team started working on our case right away. We were amazed by how knowledgeable their team was in California labor laws. Ms. Tipton was always prompt in her responses, offering suggested routes of closure ...to the dispute. After the issue was settled we had some remaining questions concerning future employment practices for our company. Ms. has been helpful in guiding us down the right path. We recommend Webb & Bordson, APC to any business in California.

"Ms. Tipton and I regularly have family law cases with one another. I have found her to be a zealous advocate for her clients, but still reasonable in her negotiations toward resolution thereby limiting the impact and emotional toll that such proceedings have upon a family. I would recommend Ms. Tipton to others, and look forward to working with her further in the future."
