I had tried for years to get the court to force my ex-husband to start paying me my alimony arrears because I needed a car, but I kept failing on my own. I finally talked to Attorney Amy Tipton and she offered to help me. She would go to court with me and she got a wage garnishment against him. I had... been receiving my money on a monthly basis for a year and a half. He claimed he had gotten fired from his job in Dec. 2020, so Amy filed paperwork to garnish his Social Security instead. I should begin receiving money again this month. Had he paid me what and when the court had ordered from the beginning, I wouldn't be touching his Social Security. Thanks to Amy, I'm not struggling to make ends meet anymore.
