Let’s start off by saying Amy is the most amazing, kind, professional and courageous woman I have ever met. I’ve actually never been through something like this in my life before. I was scared and nervous to find someone that was going to represent me and take my case after my children had been swind...led right from under me. Amy heard my case and immediately took me under her wing when I was at my lowest! Down and out & so stressed because I felt like I did the worst thing a mother could have done. Not protect her children the way I needed too. I needed someone to stand up for me and amy did just that! She got my children back on an ex parte and won the sole custody back of my children that was previously granted by a judge. stupidly I agreed with my narcissistic kids father to do joint custody. While having a domestic violence restraining order in place. Which to me was the worst thing that I could have possibly done in my eyes. But Amy made me feel so comfortable and let me know as humans we do make mistakes and she knew exactly what laws applied to my situation and was able to win my children back for me within a WEEK of me hiring her. That’s impressive. I can’t say how grateful I am for her and her team! Mrs. Tipton is smart, knowledgeable and get straight to the point of things. She will get you exactly what you need and ask for. I have no disappointments! I’m so happy I chose Mrs. Tipton to represent me in family court because she knows what she’s talking about and she has the proof and credentials to back it up. I did not leave that court room disappointed in fact I was ecstatic because it lifted a huge weight off my shoulders like ahhhh I can actually breath again and that is all to Mrs. Tipton. I cannot imagine having a better advocate and being more professionally and skillfully represented than I was by my attorney, Amy Lovegren-Tipton. She not only conducted my affairs in a timely and professional manner, but did so with empathy and kindness that made it feel very personable and comforti...ng. Her fees were more than reasonable and she was very prompt in answering emails, patient in answering questions and sorting things out for me when I was feeling confused, and making me feel that my concerns equally weighted on her as well. I haven't had a lot of experience in the courts or with lawyers in general, and my friends have told me stories that lead me to believe this kind of experience is not the usual one people who unfortunately need a legal counsel walk away with. In some cases, I have heard it can be "nightmarish." So I am walking away very grateful that this was not the case with me. Far from it.
