Mr. Richter answered a question that I posted. I sent Mr. Richter an e-mail related to that question for further clarification because his answer put into question what other attorneys had told me. He responded and said that the notice of appeal is the same regardless of my motion for reconsideration because I would want to file an appeal for the initial order and not an appeal of the denial of my motion for reconsideration. I responded and cited California Rules that a denial of a motion for reconsideration is not separately appealable, but it is reviewable as part of my appeal of the initial order ... further proving that the motion for reconsideration ruling did changed the deadline for my appeal.

I felt this Attorney was not at all competent. He accepted mine then never returned phones calls. Was extremely slow in completing work and was less than honest in detailing his hours
