Guenther Antonio Richter

Mr. Richter is very honest and communicates well. He has always kept my best interest in representing me in a properly dispute and divorce. Mr. Richter answered a question that I posted. I sent Mr. Richter an e-mail related to that question for further clarification because his answer put into question what other attorneys had told me. He responded and said that the notice of appeal is the same regardless of my motion for reconsiderati...on because I would want to file an appeal for the initial order and not an appeal of the denial of my motion for reconsideration. I responded and cited California Rules that a denial of a motion for reconsideration is not separately appealable, but it is reviewable as part of my appeal of the initial order ... further proving that the motion for reconsideration ruling did changed the deadline for my appeal.
