Guenther Antonio Richter

Guenther failed to tell me about an RFO for six weeks. I only found out myself by going to the courthouse and reviewing filed documents. He failed to answer opposing counsel's letters, and did not tell me, which cost me $1500 in OPPOSING counsel attorney fees. He failed to show me opposing exhibits b...efore hearings. He failed to request trial for ten months. He failed to file ANYTHING for trial. He Failed to ask opposing side ANYTHING during trial. THIS COMPLETELY DISABLED MY ABILTY TO FILE MY OWN EVIDENCE and EXHIBITS WHICH WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY REFUTED EVIDENCE OF OPPOSING SIDE. GUENTHER MADE SURE MY VOICE WAS NOT HEARD IN COURT. Another child lost his father for three years. All Guenther did was kick the can down the road so he could get more billing hours. Guenther should be on the worst attorney list to prevent others from using him. If you are considering using Guenther Richter, RUN AWAY!!!

Mr. Richter answered a question that I posted. I sent Mr. Richter an e-mail related to that question for further clarification because his answer put into question what other attorneys had told me. He responded and said that the notice of appeal is the same regardless of my motion for reconsiderati...on because I would want to file an appeal for the initial order and not an appeal of the denial of my motion for reconsideration. I responded and cited California Rules that a denial of a motion for reconsideration is not separately appealable, but it is reviewable as part of my appeal of the initial order ... further proving that the motion for reconsideration ruling did changed the deadline for my appeal.
