Guardianship

I consulted with Mr. O'Leary many times during a very difficult and sad guardianship case which involved parties I love on both sides. Mr. O'Leary was very understanding and caring and helped me through this process in a very professional manner. He was always available to us any hour of the day or d...ay of the week to answer questions or give advice. Thanks to Mr. O'leary our case was successful with the best outcome for all parties involved, especially for the minor child! I would and do recommend Mr. O'Leary to everyone!

I hired Matthew O'Leary who took on my on my difficult case with confidence. His professionalism and knowledge of the law and the court system was outstanding. Great Attorney

I received great legal assistance from Matthew O'Leary. He was always professional, and assisted me in difficult issues regarding estate planning at various levels.

A complete waste of time and money!

I cannot state strongly enough what a complete and utter disappointment Matthew O’Leary has been as an attorney. He wasted 16 months during which he did nothing, strung me along making promises, possibly causing irreparable harm and as yet undetermined damages to me. He did not perform on a single ...promise. He did not follow through on a single issue or matter he agreed to pursue. Matthew O’Leary’s complete lack of professionalism, and disrespect shown to me as his client is greater than anything I’ve ever experienced from anyone, even from opposing counsel in highly contentious matters. His negligence and complete disregard for his legal and ethical obligations are truly astonishing. I got absolutely $0 value for the money I paid him. I may as well have held $5,000 over a toilet and flushed it.

Dear sir, This matter was a difficult one where I represented your brother in Court. I discussed various options for you but we did not petition in Court, mostly due to the set-backs you had suffered in the matter from failures to appear and respond prior to my involvement.
