I came to Mr. Bern's office on the recommendation of another lawyer in town. My case had been delayed, fought, delayed more, unheard in a court, transferred venues, and "settled" for years due to deep pockets on my ex's side and bad legal advice at the start of my divorce. I had a whopping 24 pa...ge custody and visitation order that was complex and riddled with ambiguity to the point that no one (courts, judges, lawyers, schools nor my ex or I) could figure it out or agree on definitions and how to follow.
