I have the highest praises possible and couldn't recommend Daniel Bern more strongly. My divorce case was getting sticky and I had to obtain a restraining order against the ex. The ex responded by suing me for his lawyer's fees to contest the restarting order and he was also insisting that I sell ...my home I'd started purchasing prior to the marriage as he felt entitled to half of the improved value. I was, to say the least: nervous and afraid. I thought I was going to have to sell my home as the ex and his sister were bullying me and telling me that I HAD to sell the house.
