Wish I would have found him sooner

Daniel Bern is heaven sent. Straight to the point with no nonsense. He’s a shark in the courtroom. The best! Without getting into too much detail. This man will go above and beyond. He did for me, I went from paying nearly $1,300 a month to $100 .

Best Choice Ever

Dan and his wife Mary are both a class act a no nonsense guy did an excellent job for me in my alimony case got it reduced to 0 He’s definitely a man of integrity and his wife a strong woman of integrity as well best choice I’ve made I highly recommend him guaranteed you will be satisfied.

He’s a closer!!

My husband and I were trapped in a hamster wheel for four years, Dan showed up for us once and closed our case. We are forever grateful he and his lovely assistant helped us through an unfortunate legal battle. Just wish we would have met Dan sooner.

Best family law attorney

From the first time we spoke I knew I had made the right choice. Took my case on very short notice. Told me what I needed to hear and where I had made my mistakes. Very upfront. Even when I would freak out and call with things I thought were essential to my case he took my call and calmed my nerves.... Did an amazing job in the court room and won my case for me. Would highly recommend to anyone

Amazing Lawyer!!!

I have the highest praises possible and couldn't recommend Daniel Bern more strongly. My divorce case was getting sticky and I had to obtain a restraining order against the ex. The ex responded by suing me for his lawyer's fees to contest the restarting order and he was also insisting that I sell ...my home I'd started purchasing prior to the marriage as he felt entitled to half of the improved value. I was, to say the least: nervous and afraid. I thought I was going to have to sell my home as the ex and his sister were bullying me and telling me that I HAD to sell the house. I was fully prepared to have to pay him $30K+ to go away. This all changed when I blessedly came into contact with Daniel Bern. Dan explained the entire process to me, giving me confidence. He ALWAYS took my call and never sighed or tired of answering my...almost endless questions. Bottom line: Daniel Bern WON my case for me. I had to pay the ex $0.00. If you are in the divorce process yourself and you're feeling scared and alone, do yourself a favor and do anything you can to get Daniel Bern as your attorney.
