Absolutely Phenomenal

My case was more than what one would call “complex” or “complicated...” it was more like a lawyer’s nightmare. Most of the lawyers I spoke with wouldn’t even take on my case, and some that would could not even guarantee me that I would have my daughter back in my custody after going to trial... Rober...t was brutally HONEST with me from the gate. He didn’t take my money and tell me what I wanted to hear... he told me that this was going to be a nasty battle, and that the battle wasn’t always going to be a fair one, but we had to play by the systems rules if I wanted to have my child home, but he guaranteed me he would get my baby home, and he wouldn’t stop until she’s home. He was right on the nail. It was indeed a nasty battle, but I watched so many women in same exact program I was in, with same Judge as I had, and same child’s attorney, and same exact situation... and same amount of sobriety lose their children and get their children adopted out one by one... it was a such a heartbreaking thing to watch... all because I hired the RIGHT counsel that KNEW the law and worked tirelessly above and beyond to make sure that my daughters and my rights were not being overlooked and taken away in court like so many others were. When I hired Robert my statue of limitations was up with cws and my daughter was getting adopted out... I had relapsed again and they took her. I was out of time by law... Cws said that they could not offer me any more services because I was out of time, and they were done with me, they had given me programs three times and three times I failed... Robert took cws to trial, and held the agency accountable for giving me the SAME program THREE times that kept failing me, and never offering me in patient or rehabilitation. They kept saying I was a horrible alcoholic but offering me minimal treatment and then blaming me for the treatment not working... there’s a law act that requires them to offer “reasonable” services, he reminded them of that law. The Judge was on our side, especially being that I did previously ask them in a report before if I could get referred to rehab, and I was denied. So we won the trial without even to file a 388 and I was offered services... he went to bat for my me and my child and today she is home, and happy as ever, and I was able to go into treatment and get the services that I needed while was placed with family during the time we were going to court. I graduated from my program...and now I help advocate for mothers and fathers going through similar situations, and am currently becoming a drug and alcohol counselor. I would not be able to keep going without having my little girl home. We even named our family dog “Bartlett” after bob. Lol The dog was a welcome home gift to her. I can’t thank him enough for all he’s done for us. My daughter is all I have and I’m all she has. We are so close. Her father passed away a couple of years back, and I just got so lost in the depression of it and couldn’t stop drinking, it took a lot, but I am glad that God allowed certain things to happen to show me that I still have her and need to be everything I can and ALL here for her and not get lost in the pain. God is going to bless this man and I pray he continues to do what he does, more people need his skill and knowledge of the law. Not too many lawyers truly know Juvenile Dependency law, and when they saw they do, their full of it and will just take your money and have you hanging in that court room with your rights striped. It’s so Much different than family law, and much much more complicated. I’m sure he’s an amazing family law lawyer too, because cws is a the stick shift of law. It’s tricky. If you can maneuver through their bs you can practice any law I’m sure! And he’s amazing! Lol

Great Criminal Defense Attorney!

We hired Mr. Bartlett for my sister's criminal case. We were in the hallway in the court house not knowing what to expect and were completely lost. My siste's were crying in the hallway when they were approached by Mr. Bartlett. He asked what the problem was and offered to help. He told us about h...is free consultations and gave us his business card to call for an appointment. Mr. Bartlett was extremely helpful in what was a very stressful, scary and confusing matter. We had never been involved in the judicial process. We were completely blind to how it all worked, on what to expect and who to trust. Mr. Bartlett met us in his office, took us into his conference room and displayed on the board exactly how the criminal proceedings work, what my sister's charges were, and what we would expect to see or hear at the hearings and how he could be of service to us. We were very satisfied with all of the information he presented to us. We retained Mr. Bartlett and received very favorable results in my sister's case. My sister was extremely happy and satisfied with the overall outcome of her case.

Excellent, I have been a repeat customer for years!

Mr. Bartlett has represented me several times on a child custody case. My ex-husband has been trying to get 50/50 custody of our two children since we divorced, he has taken me back to court at least once a year since 2007 in an effort to get more time. My ex was slowly getting more time each time ...we went to court, my attorney put a stop to that, he was able to get me back the time I had lost. I feel very lucky that Mr. Bartlett is on my side, I feel confident going to court with him as my attorney, he knows the law and he has shown me he is extremely capable in court every time. He has always taken the time to listen to my custody issues and has always returned my calls. I highly recommend Mr. Bartlett to anyone who needs a great attorney, he is the best!
