I have the highest praises possible and couldn't recommend Daniel Bern more strongly. My divorce case was getting sticky and I had to obtain a restraining order against the ex. The ex responded by suing me for his lawyer's fees to contest the restarting order and he was also insisting that I sell ...my home I'd started purchasing prior to the marriage as he felt entitled to half of the improved value. I was, to say the least: nervous and afraid. I thought I was going to have to sell my home as the ex and his sister were bullying me and telling me that I HAD to sell the house. I was fully prepared to have to pay him $30K+ to go away. This all changed when I blessedly came into contact with Daniel Bern. Dan explained the entire process to me, giving me confidence. He ALWAYS took my call and never sighed or tired of answering my...almost endless questions. Bottom line: Daniel Bern WON my case for me. I had to pay the ex $0.00.
