The founder of Adams Law passionately pursues the vindication of the rights of employees to be free from discrimination at work. There is perhaps nothing as shameful to her as an employer who fails to protect the rights of its employees.

Wrongful Termination 25%

There are four situations that give rise to most wrongful termination claims: (1) where termination is prohibited by a statute or the constitution, (2) where the employer fires the employee for exercising a constitutional or statutory right, (3) where the employer fires the employee for the employee’s refusal to violate a law where a fundamental public policy is involved, and (4) as retaliation for “whistleblowing” (for example, where the employee reports illegal or unsafe activities).

Honest and Compassionate

Christine Adams is professional, extremely knowledgeable in her field of law, honest, a true fighter and very compassionate. My father was wrongfully terminated. His employer tried every trick, charade and lie you could possibly think of .... it truly was a circus show. At no time was Miss. Adams dis...tracted, quite the opposite, she was focused and always a step ahead of the other attorney. There was always great communication despite her busy schedule, she always keept us informed. It was always very easy to get a hold of her and her assistant. There were never any surprises. She was very honest from the very start. What impressed me the most about Miss. Adams was the respect and kindness she showed my father. She truly fought hard for him. She got him a very fair judgment and he never even had to step into a court room. If you are looking for an attorney in the fields that Christine Adams specializes in, HIRE HER!!! She is the BEST!!! You definitely want her on your side!

Knowledgeable and helpful employment attorney

Ms. Adams and staff were excellent; they were professional without being cold, and extremely helpful to us in handling a situation about which we had no experience. She reviewed an emplyment release form, and helped us get all the protection that the law gives. It was a difficult situation for us, ...and she made it much easier.

Determined/ Honorable

Christine handled my wrongful termination case. She kept me informed and what was going on with my case with phone calls and emails, which made me, have peace of mind. I knew I didn’t have anything to worry about. She is knowledgeable, determined, honorable, kind and honest. I felt more than conten...t with the outcome of my case.

Quick Settlement? She's your girl

I hired Christine after she reviewed my information. Just about ALL (I think I had three actual phone calls) communication was via text messaging. At first I was quite happy but as time went on I became less enthralled. My case had volumes of documented evidence. I was basically the paralegal in my o...wn case. Although she did all the "negotiation" with the opposing attorney I always felt she was much more aggressive in trying to get me to settle than to pursue a higher award. In the end I capitulated because I felt I had done all the work answering rebuttals, and documenting all the malfeasance from my former employer, and she was always imploring me to settle. Every time an offer came forward she advised me it would be the last offer and then the offer would most likely go away. Never once did she advise me my case was worth more. Only because of my refusal did their offer climb 65,000 dollars. Had I gone to court I would have steamrolled them with evidence as the employer had lost two WC claims and one NLRB claim for manufacturing evidence. She didn't give me the impression she wanted to litigate the case but rather settle. Another thing to be careful of is that her percentage changes (up 5%) upon a court filing. She was very quick to file the case with numerous counts (which impressed me and raised her percentage) however most of those fell to the wayside as the case became more complex, she whittled it down to basically one count. After her percentage I got basically 1/3 of the bottom line worth of the case. Although she did forgo the filing fees. Nice lady no doubt, we had good rapport, but in the end I wish I would have found a more ambitious bulldog.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
