The founder of Adams Law passionately pursues the vindication of the rights of employees to be free from discrimination at work. There is perhaps nothing as shameful to her as an employer who fails to protect the rights of its employees.

Wrongful Termination 25%

There are four situations that give rise to most wrongful termination claims: (1) where termination is prohibited by a statute or the constitution, (2) where the employer fires the employee for exercising a constitutional or statutory right, (3) where the employer fires the employee for the employee’s refusal to violate a law where a fundamental public policy is involved, and (4) as retaliation for “whistleblowing” (for example, where the employee reports illegal or unsafe activities).

Excellence, Compassion and Results.

If you’re reading this because you’ve experienced employment issues, know that I feel your pain. I have good news. I know someone exceptional that I recommend without reservation. Her name is Christine Adams. The best way to reach out to her is her website: https://adamsemploymentlaw.com/ I’m ...happy to explain why I’m taking time to write this review when I don’t normally do that. You could say, given my career in the sales, sportsmarketing, entertainment and medical fields, I’m well-qualified to know an excellent attorney when I meet one. I’ve personally hired, supervised and partnered with more than a hundred legal representatives on all matters of law. The lawyers who “sell from the top and service from the bottom” are too easy to run across. The really good ones are very challenging to find. For the first time, my need for legal counsel was personal. I needed a compassionate and professional advisor and advocate on a critical and time-sensitive employment issue. I was referred to Ms. Adams by one of my longtime attorneys who is also a trusted friend. From our first contact - via text - I sensed that she would be a good listener and she would take a personal interest in representing me. As I communicated with her and her excellent assistants, I became very confident I’d hired the right person and a great team. Her knowledge of employment law is absolutely comprehensive. I asked a lot of questions. She always answered quickly and respectfully. Here’s what really separated Ms. Adams from other lawyers; she combines her considerable experience with genuine compassion and responsive, reliable communication. I was 100% pleased with her strategies and the results she got for me. And, get this… given this happened during the pandemic, I have never met her in person! That said, I feel very good about the fact that I have a trusted ally if I ever need one in the future. If you need employment counseling, I’m sure you will find Adams Law to be an invaluable resource. It was for me. You deserve the best outcome the law offers. Adams Law will get you that outcome. You’ll feel a little better from the first phone conversation. Good luck to you.

Misclassification/Wrongful Termination

I wanted to take my time when writing this recommendation, to select my words and to know my audience before I delivered this message to you. This could very well be the most important message I have ever written to someone. My advice to you is two fold: 1) don’t give up, seriously, if it is importan...t to you, don’t give up, ever...and 2) listen to Christine Adams. I retained Christine Adams because she understands employment law yes, absolutely, without a doubt, and class action suits, absolutely, and all the important decisions and timing that goes along with it, but also because she understands her opponent and the chess game that you will find yourself in for maybe years before you see any light and you are able to take a breath. And it will get worse before it gets better but Christine Adams will be there for you every terrible step of the way, and it can be terrible as your life gets dissected and their secrets get revealed and you peel back the onion that was your former employment and she will remind you that there is light at the end of this dark tunnel. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is that you remember that some things are necessary and that Christine Adams will have your best interests in mind and will get you through this, possibly the most challenging time in your life. I promise you, Christine Adams is your best strategic move. It proved to be my best move when I hired her. Highly recommend.

An attorney you can trust

In a million years I never thought I would need an attorney for work issues. I had worked for the same company for over 15 years. We started small and grew to one of the largest companies in the area. Over time, management changed and so did the attitude toward regulatory compliance. Christine helped... me after I complained and got fired. You can’t go wrong with her by your side!

Chritine Adams is AWESOME!!

When you want someone fighting for you, then you want Christine Adams and her wonderful staff on your side. When she says she'll fight 100 percent and then some for you, you'd better believe it: she does exactly that! Christine and her staff guided me through the maze of government agencies that are ...normally doing this work, e.g. EEOC. I used her for a particularly nasty violation of ADA laws from my employer and she was superb in her knowledge and a straight shooter in everything she did for me. She knows her stuff but as important as that is, she also makes sure your case is worth (or not) pursuing and for how much. Christine will not give up on you. I highly recommend Christine Adams. I very much enjoyed meeting her, dealing with her staff and overall, it was a very good experience, despite me going up against an employer that I've known for 50 years, a company that my father and I had both worked at in the past. Christine is not someone who closes up at 5 p.m., she worked for you and all the time, she's fighting for and working for you. If you've been legally wronged, then you need Christine and her staff on your side, fighting for you and your rights.

Heaven Sent

Since day one Christine Adams has provided me with an outstanding service. Prior to meeting with her I was too scared to stand up for myself under legal circumstances. She is very professional and committed to excellence throughout my entire case. She always kept me updated on my options and explaine...d each one in detail. In addition, she always advised me of what was in my best interest. Christine made sure that I was ready for my deposition and always answered my questions honestly. I know nothing about the law but she took the time to explain all the steps in detail. I never felt stupid, lost or alone with Christine Adams but rather protected. She is such a high caliber, efficient and trustworthy lawyer. In fact, once Christine agreed to represent me I lost all fear in the other parties lawyer. Beyond her years of experience she is also a caring person with a big heart. The world needs more people like Christine Adams. I will forever be greatful for her service and passion to help people in need. I would most definitely recommed Christine Adams to anyone who needs legal help.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
