I contacted Brian for advice on a legal matter and as soon as I sent my email out I received an immediate phone call back. Brian was very attentive in his response, answering all of my questions. He was professional and I was advised in good detail how to handle the matter. Brian was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for your help.

I hired Brian for a very simple misdemeanor matter. The D.A. made threats about new charges with no evidence and Brian's knees bucketed. Brian couldn't handle much more pressure. The D.A. threatened to go to trial and that was it Brian caved. Just gave up! Lucky for me I knew the case and knew that the D.A. was blowing smoke. I took over the case and challenged the D.A. first by writing him an email not to make treats about new charges but to file them. I was done with talk at that point. Action is the only voice I listened to from that point on. Second, I got my evidence in order and was ready for trial. Well the D.A. crumbled when trial came. Creditability is key. And the D.A. didn't have it. Brian could not sense this in his opponent. Brian does not have good communication, organization, and sizing up the opponent skills. Which are key elements to being a good attorney. Good Luck if you hire.

My son was facing the possibility of losing his driver's license. Mr. Vogel developed a strategy that was not only successful but very helpful to my son. My son learned many great lessons from this situation because he followed Mr. Vogel's recommendation. He went to 12 Step meetings to be proactive about his case. He wrote about what he learned and my son grew from this experience. Mr. Vogel got him a wonderful resolution. Thank you very much. p.s. Mr. Vogel's staff is responsive and terrific!

The first time I met Brian Vogel was back in 2010. I called him and explained my situation and he graciously invited me to his office to discuss further. When I visited, he took a deep interest in my case and took the time to read and re-read all of the relevant facts of my case. He spent hours that day completely researching and digging deep into my case and how he could help me (mind you, he was doing all of this for free, on his own time). I knew from that day, that Brian was my guy and he was going to actually take care of me.
Fast forward a few months later and he was arguing my case in court. Basically, I had a felony and was looking to reduce it to a misdemeanor, but it was not going to be easy (there were a lot of outside factors that was hindering this from being an easy task that I won't get into). However, Brian was able to work his magic and successfully have my case reduced to a misdemeanor. I had to wait until my probation expired before I could get the offense completely off my record, but I knew I would be going back to Brian for this since he didn't such a fantastic job in "phase 1" of my case.
About a year and a half later, Brian and I were back in court in an attempt to expunge my case so I could finally move on with my life and my education as I aspire to go to law school myself. Again, this would not be an easy task and I was also unjustly attached to a joint and several restitution that had an outstanding balance. By some miracle, Brain was able to rectify the restitution issue and satisfy my unjust obligation. From there, he was also able to get the court to expunge my case and grant me the relief I was looking for.
I am forever indebted to the services of Mr. Vogel and his entire staff. I had also dealt with his assistants Lisa and Cindy over the years and they are absolutely wonderful and go beyond the call of duty. Brian and his office have my highest regard and my utmost endorsement. No matter how big or little your case is, if you want fair and satisfying legal service in Southern California, please visit the Law Office of Brian Vogel.

Brian did a wonderful job and got the case completely dismissed, and in the process had really earned our respect in his integrity and abilities as a lawyer.
When you hire a lawyer, you want to know that person has your back; that he or she will see it through to the end, that they take a personal interest to your case, that you can trust them to give you their honest opinion and have your overall best interest at heart.
Brian is that person: He is honest, quiet-spoken and to-the-point, friendly, not-patronizing (to men or women), never seems rushed and will explain as simply or in as much detail as you want, will go to bat for you and still keep the conversation civil with all parties involved---be they friend or foe (since you catch more flies with honey, and he is sincere and brings out the best in people)---and just DOES A GREAT JOB!
THANK YOU BRIAN. YOU ARE A GREAT GUY!
(AND YES, HE GOT THE CASE DISMISSED after some people said it was hopeless).
Here's to one person who works humbly and tirelessly for justice, a positive outcome... and makes the world a better place one case at a time.

Brian is like a magician! He is very trust worthy and knowledgeable. The best way to describe his work is that he pulls rabbits out of his hat! He did a lot to help me and he response time was awesome. His communication was top rated. Reduced my time and reduced me to a misdemeanor.

I have used Brian for my son when Brian was a PD and was thrilled with outcome. Now I had a need for a friend and once again, he shined as a top-notch attorney. My father was an attorney and I would liken Brian to him as a young attorney...no one else I would recommend if you want the best.

It's been 11 years since Brian represented my husband and to this day we still tell people about Brian. He was a Public Defender at the time, however, he kept us informed the entire length of the court process and from the beginning didn't hide anything from us. When it was time to decide whether or not to go to trial, Brian gave us his honest opinion as to how he thought it would end and even though he didn't agree 100% with our decision, he gave us 110% in court. That was as a Public Defender, having his own practice is perfect for him, having a lot more flexibility in what he can do for his clients and I'm sure he still gives that 110%.
