The first time I met Brian Vogel was back in 2010. I called him and explained my situation and he graciously invited me to his office to discuss further. When I visited, he took a deep interest in my case and took the time to read and re-read all of the relevant facts of my case. He spent hours that ...day completely researching and digging deep into my case and how he could help me (mind you, he was doing all of this for free, on his own time). I knew from that day, that Brian was my guy and he was going to actually take care of me. Fast forward a few months later and he was arguing my case in court. Basically, I had a felony and was looking to reduce it to a misdemeanor, but it was not going to be easy (there were a lot of outside factors that was hindering this from being an easy task that I won't get into). However, Brian was able to work his magic and successfully have my case reduced to a misdemeanor. I had to wait until my probation expired before I could get the offense completely off my record, but I knew I would be going back to Brian for this since he didn't such a fantastic job in "phase 1" of my case. About a year and a half later, Brian and I were back in court in an attempt to expunge my case so I could finally move on with my life and my education as I aspire to go to law school myself. Again, this would not be an easy task and I was also unjustly attached to a joint and several restitution that had an outstanding balance. By some miracle, Brain was able to rectify the restitution issue and satisfy my unjust obligation. From there, he was also able to get the court to expunge my case and grant me the relief I was looking for. I am forever indebted to the services of Mr. Vogel and his entire staff. I had also dealt with his assistants Lisa and Cindy over the years and they are absolutely wonderful and go beyond the call of duty. Brian and his office have my highest regard and my utmost endorsement.
